What's New—May 2022

Dear Backstage users,

At Backstage, we believe it's the small things that make the big picture, and this month's been about just that. Our existing features have undergone a few updates and enhancements, and we hope you can see the difference in how much better and more cohesive the overall Backstage experience is.

So here we go with a quick rundown of all that's happened this last month.

You can now initiate 1-on-1 chats from the Discussions tab in the event microsite with any event participant. Previously this option was only available inside the Virtual Space.
We have now added a common library for the portal. Files or media uploaded here can be accessed across all events in that portal.
Download a sample file when importing attendees using the Zoho Backstage service. This sample file will show how to include attendee details before importing your attendee list.
A PDF with the event badge can be included in any scheduled emails that are sent to attendees
