PayTabs Integration (UAE, KSA & Bahrain editions)
If you’re a business owner in the GCC region, collecting payments from your customers just became easier. We’ve integrated with PayTabs, a payment gateway for businesses in the GCC region. You can now collect payments in nearly 168 currencies from anywhere across the world. PayTabs supports credit card and debit card along with the local payment methods such as:
Note: PayTabs is not yet available in Qatar.
Custom Scheduler
Are there actions that you do repetitively in Zoho Invoice? Using Custom Schedulers, you can create a custom function and schedule them to perform them at periodic intervals. For example, you want to be notified at the end of the day with the total value of the invoices raised on that particular day. Instead of checking the amount manually, you can configure the custom scheduler to email you the amount every day. This will help you automate tasks and save time.

Search Help Resources
You can now search the help documents and FAQs from within Zoho Invoice and find the answers that you’re looking for contextually.
To search help resources quickly:
Click the Help icon or Page Tips at the top right corner of the page and type the keyword.
OAuth for Razorpay Integration
We have implemented Open Authorization (OAuth) for the Razorpay integration. That means you can connect your Razorpay account with Zoho Invoice by entering your Razorpay email address and password. This makes the integration more secure and safe.
Enhancements to Reports
We’ve brought in new enhancements to reports to help you. Here’s everything that’s new:
The Template Gallery gets an all new design to help you find the right template quickly. All the templates are grouped based on their type into different categories. Now, finding the right template is easier than before.
To view the revamped template gallery:
Go to Settings > Templates > + New.
Update Payment Terms in Bulk
You can now bulk update payment terms in invoices and recurring invoices. This option enables you to update the due date for multiple invoices and recurring invoices at the same time.
To bulk update payment terms:
Go to Invoices or Recurring Invoices module > select multiple transactions > Bulk Update > update Payment Terms.
