Why is there such a difference in available functionality between Internal & External Connect networks?
Zoho Connect looks to be a fantastic application for building a community platform. The intranet capabilities look fantastic; however, as I trial the extranet (external network) capabilities, I'm finding it frustrating that there is such a difference in functionality.
For example, in an external network, I cannot create a Dashboard to have as a landing page, but in an internal network, the Home tab is a dashboard. I also read somewhere that there was plans to allow a full white-labeled option for external networks, which would not require an end user to create a Zoho account to access the external network. I wasn't able to find this option in my testing. Am I missing something? I would happily pay the $1000 for an external network if it worked as well as the internal network does.
