I think the CRM - Workdrive integration is good, and want it to take it a step further.
1) Is it possible to have a shareable link which a customer can upload into the workdrive folder, which is linked to the CRM?
Currently, you need to go to
- CRM > Create a folder from the Account profile
- Workdrive > Create a shareable external link and give it to customer
2) The link would be a field which is linked with Desk.
The scenario here is that ask our customer to upload logs or data backups for troubleshooting. Right now, it's done via an sftp, which needs a file transfer client.
As a support agent, it would be great to have a external shareable link (accessible from the ticket (linked with CRM via account)) which I can provide the customer to upload the needed data.
As a data admin, it would be ideal to have this data linked with the relevant account on CRM and at the same time in Workdrive for data auditing and retention.
