Workdrive General Folder not syncing

Workdrive General Folder not syncing

Hi there, 
I have been using Workdrive for a few days now. Today, my organization started having issues in syncing the "General" folder (I have a mac, they have PCs), since they keep displaying a message reading "General folder was moved"... none move the folder and the resync feature does not seem to work at all. 
Any hints?
