I have just experienced an error whereby a Workflow failed, for a reason currently unknown.
The
problem is that one of my users had to flag this manually (thankfully
he's very thorough) and this otherwise would have flown under the radar.
Essentially
we have a Workflow in place which automatically creates meetings for
Agents when specific criteria are met within a Prospect. It books this
into their diary and assigns all of the correct information.
This can be weeks in advance and therefore we normally wouldn't notice if this Workflow had failed.
Are
we able to receive an automated notification upon failure of a
Workflow? I've seen Error Branching in Zoho Flow but as I understand
it, this won't work as we'd have to tie it to a specific action and if
the action hasn't happened, we wouldn't ever know. Additionally I'd
like this as a blanket rule across all Workflows!
