Workflow issue Zoho Sign

Hi,

I have sent a contract to a company but they do NOT want a copy sent to the signer (CEO) until it has been approved by the legal team.

In this case I would need to have

1. one person CC'd with the contract

2. one person added as an approver

3. once approved, the contract would be sent to the CEO

Is this possible please? And if yes, how?
