Hi guys.
I am involved in a small dispute with one of your competitors concerning form deliverability. I have some hundreds of forms, each set up to email one or perhaps two addresses.
Recently I found out that a couple of the forms were failing to deliver entries to their specified addresses.
It transpires that this provider had added these addresses to an internal "suppression list" - after they bounced.
I understand that entirely, but what I do not agree with was their failure to inform me, or to provide and other kind of feedback (admin UI, weekly report etc) for me to realise this had happened and take the appropriate action.
I am left wondering which of my forms actually work, and which have silently failed at the expense of my clients.
My simple question is... do you provide feedback when you suppress an email address (if in fact you do this at all)
Best regards,
Tom
