ZIP Codes not Available on Zoho Analytics

Hi,

I'm currently trying to create a Chart Map in Zoho Analytics, but I'm struggling to get all my data points displayed because not all ZIP codes from my database are available in Zoho, even though they are valid sequences.

I can't provide a specific example for security reasons, but please let me know how I could make things work just with that, since that is the most precise location I have (no latitude or longitude available).

Important to notice that from a total of 500 data points, there are issues with 91 of them. I consider 18% of loss something very relevant.

Finally, I should say I enabled multi-layer X-axis to use the city name when the ZIP code is not found in Zoho's lookup, but doing so blocked me from displays the Account Names associated with these data points (that's the behavior I wished).

In summary, the only solution I was able to find limits the range of things I can do with this chart.
