zohoからの自動メールについて

zohoからの自動メールにおいてちょっと困ったことが起こっており、サポートにも相談中なのですが
ほかの方にも同現象が発生していないか相談したい。

▼事象
zohoからの自動メールにおいて時折「このメールが送信者からのものであると確認できないため、このメールに安全に返信できない可能性があります」とメーラーから警告が出る。

▼状況
発信元:設定した独自ドメイン
SPF/DKIM設定:済
利用メーラー:outlook
発生頻度:稀(連続するときもあるが、パタッとでなくなる時もある)
サポートへの連絡:ただいま継続相談中

失敗したメールヘッダを調べるとSPFはPass、DKIM認証がfail、それに伴いDMARCもfailとなっています。
ちなみにヘッダをCopilotで解析した結果は以下の通り。
  • DKIM失敗:署名はあるが、公開鍵がDNSに存在しないため検証できません。
  • DMARC失敗:FromドメインとSPF/DKIMの整合性が取れていないため、DMARCポリシーにより「fail」と判定。

SPFがPassしているせいかspamフォルダには入ってないですが、今後メール判定の厳格化が進めば
spamフォルダ入りになる可能性もあり、原因を調べています。

発生条件を調べているのですが、なかなか原因がわからず。
送信元メールサーバーのIPを調べても、同一IPからでも発生する場合、しない場合に分かれていて
お手上げの状態です。zoho利用者に同様の現象が起きている人はいないでしょうか。

※便利上Formsのカテゴリを選択していますが、CRMなどからの自動メールでも時々起こります。
