Zoho Books Updated - Why remove Fetch/Create Customer
Hi Zoho Team,
Prior to all the Zoho Books actions being updated there was an action called something like "Fetch/Create Contact" that had the following description: "Fetches a contact by email address, contact ID, or name. If the contact does not exist, you can choose to create a new one." Now I don't see an action that can both fetch and create a contact if one is not found. Why did you split it up into two separate action. We have SOOOO many flow with the old action and now we have to not only split it into two action but we have to have decision point about whether it a contact was found or not before having the "Create Customer" action. Having those two steps in one action was so helpful. I'd love to understand what the reason was in removing that action?
