When I Googled the issue related to limited api calls per minute to learn of the arbitrary rate of 100 calls Zoho has applied, I learned that Zoho in fact does not care. I am basically told, "Sorry, this is the way it is." I could easily do more than 100 orders in a minute during peak times so this is not acceptable. This is not about security, it's about capacity. I will likely be forced to cancel my subscription and change the entire platform to run my company which will cost tens of thousands of dollars. I cannot even perform an initial inventory sync.
I will predict that if I get a response from Zoho it will be the same "for security reasons..." reply everyone else gets with no attempt to resolve the actual problem.
