Zoho Creator Customization/API

Looking for good Zoho Creator programmer to work long term. For now need to solve: A two-way synchronization for Google Spreadsheet document with Creator Forms. Users will update info to the database mainly thru Google Spreadsheet or offline on EXCEL then copy to Google Drive. This should update the Creator database upon loading. Sometimes users will access Creator App and update data. This should also update the google spreadsheet. Propose your solution and estimate hours of work needed.


Budget : $15 per hour for 25hrs/week [10 Days]
