I'm currently using a lead management program to collect leads from a variety of sources, and then I'm calling them and based on entries of the call center reps I'm posting the leads to different destination. I'm currently using excel for all of this. I'd like to use Zoho (CRM or whatever) to import the leads automatically (I already have this setup), and then present them to be called to my reps. Then based on the entry of the call center rep, export them to different destinations. Ideally it would be a http post, but there are a few ways we could do it. Would be OK if information was exported only once a day.
