New Feature
  • SEO Multilingual Support: SEOs can have SEO meta tags for each multilingual Helpcenter page along with multilingual support.

Enhancements
  • New updates in Helpcenter
    • New sign-ups with new Helpcenter domain: Helpcenter new domain is now enabled by default for the new sign-ups.
    • Preferences to display departments listing: New preference is introduced to display departments when creating a new ticket in helpcenter when multi-layout is enabled.
    • Helpcenter tab customization - Agent can set the "Submit ticket page" as the landing page of Helpcenter.
    • Set New Ticket as default tab in Helpcenter - Desk agents can now set the "Submit ticket page" as the default landing page of helpcenter from the customization page.
  • New updates in the knowledge base 
    • Article updated time visibility: An option to "Display last updated time stamp" for articles is now introduced under Manage KB. You can choose to display or hide the timestamp.
    • Article author information visibility: Agents can choose to enable author information to end users by setting the preferences.
    • Three column layout - You can now view articles list on the left panel of the article detail page. You can use filter options in articles like status, article visibility, article search and search by tags.
    • KB comment-rich text editor - You can now format text in article comments using rich text editor.
    • You can now clone articles in the Ticket Detail view.
    • You can now add URL for 301 redirection, where you can add upto 3 domains 
    • The option to view end users who liked or disliked your article is now available, where the information is displayed on the right pane.
  • New updates in Community
    • Dark mode user interface is now available in the Community module
    • Introduced up-voters pop-up in topics for both support and help center.
    • An edit option to moderate topics in the moderation topic listing page and topic detail view page is now available.
