Zoho Desk iOS app update - Share ticket
Hello, everyone!
In the latest iOS version (v2.8.2) of the Zoho Desk mobile app, we have included support for the Share ticket functionality.
1. Share Ticket: With this feature, you can seamlessly share tickets with agents in other departments, fostering collaboration among agents. Agents from different departments can access shared tickets with limitations based on the permission levels assigned to their respective departments.

2. Share Ticket in Blueprint: We've implemented the Share Ticket action within Blueprint Transitions. This means that agents can now share tickets between departments and invite transition owners from the shared department via Blueprint Transition. Agents in the Shared Department can then perform transitions, utilising the access granted through the Share Ticket action.

Also, we have extended support for Korean Language. Now you can experience the app's content in Korean, making it more accessible and user-friendly for our diverse community.
