Zoho Docs For Desktop - Now Available For Free Users!

A while ago, we released Zoho Docs for Desktop - the new file synchronization service that lets you sync files between your desktop and Zoho Docs cloud. Initially, the feature was made available to our paid customers alone. Since then, we've been working hard to extend this benefit to our free users too. And today, I feel extremely happy to share this exciting piece of information with you - Yes! Zoho Docs for Desktop is now available to users who have signed up for Zoho Docs free plan.

What's in it for you?

Seamless Two-Way File Synchronization

Zoho Docs lets you sync all your documents from cloud to desktop and vice versa. Any changes made to the document online will reflect on your desktop folder too. You can be sure that your content is always up-to-date with the latest changes made.

Syncing can happen seamlessly between two computers and the upload and download quota per day is limited to 1 GB respectively.

Choose What You Sync

Zoho Docs allows you to choose specific folders to sync. That said, you can always stay connected to the most important files.

Work On Your FIles Offline

With this new sync option you can easily create / edit files from your Zoho Docs folder on desktop, even when you're offline. The changes you've made will automatically sync to the cloud when you go online.

Note: The documents created using Zoho Docs online editors will still be maintained as a link on your local machine and you just need to connect to the web to access these documents.

Get Your Team In Sync

With the possibility to sync workspaces, Zoho Docs now makes collaboration easy. Any changes that are made to the workspace documents reflects on multiple computers where you have Zoho Docs installed. And every member within the shared workspace will get to see the latest changes made to the documents.
