Zoho Forms client data capture pre projects

Hi there,

I am a regualr user of Zoho products and generally find them great (CRM, Docs, Email, Project).

Question is

We want to be able to send our project managers out for an installation site survey. This is to help with the pre project proposal.

Here is what we need.

Build a form/questioner - I can do this ok.

Integrate into CRM and Zoho Docs - I can do this ok.

Host form on our website (password protected) - I can do this ok.

What I am not sure how to do, or if we can do it.

We have multiple project members on different projects. I want them to be able to log in , add data, and close off, but they will need to come back to it later as all the data cannot be collected in one session. Is that possible?
