Hi, I've integrated Zoho Inventory and CRM, so when a user creates an item in either app it's created in both. So far, so good.
However, the items which are being created in Zoho CRM (and then auto-created in Inventory) aren't then available for use in Purchase Orders, because the 'Purchase Information' box in the Inventory item creation form isn't ticked.
I can't find a way to automate the ticking of that box in Inventory, so it would have to be done manually for every item created in CRM, which for me defeats the object of having the integration setup.
Has anyone else come across this issue, and found a workaround? Our users will be creating items in both CRM and Inventory, but POs and SOs will only be created in Inventory.
