Let's hope I am not beating a dead horse with this one as I looked and didn't see anything.
I have a Zoho Invoice Account and Paypal Business account.
I am a professional photographer and shoot events onsite at ballroom competitions. The orders are taken for the photos onsite and then shipped to the customer approximately 1-2 weeks later after printing, color correction, etc...
When customers purchase the prints from us, they will pay either via cash, credit card or check (people still use checks?).
If they are paying cash or check, I want to be able to give them a copy of their bill as proof of their purchase. This should be easy enough as I just apply the credit to their account (either cash or check) and then print the invoice with a portable printer.
If they are paying via credit card, I want to be able to use Zoho's hook into Paypal as a payment gateway and have either the customer or my employees punch in the customers CC number and take immediate payment, then print the invoice and give to the customer also.
I am a bit lost here as I don't know how to find the link to pay the bill via credit card and yes, I did configure paypal inside of Zoho Invoice.
Your thoughts on this to make my life easier and keep me away from the bottle?
