I've been using Zoho Recruit for many years and I love it. But let's be honest, it's starting to feel a bit like a relic from the pre-ai era. I recently tried out new systems that have ai resume screening and ai interviewing capabilities, these systems blew me away. It's like stepping into the future of recruiting.
Zoho, don't get me wrong, I'm still a fan, but it's time to level up. Your ai features need a serious upgrade to keep up with the competition. I'm talking about ai that screens resumes and gives true scores and ai that conducts video interviews and supplies scores and summarries on each answered question. So by the time i first look at job applications, all the resumes have been screened, all the applicants have been interviewed and all i have to do is check the scores and summarries supplied by ai. The jobs i post receive thousands of applicants so the time saved with the new ai features would be many hours.
So, Zoho, let's hear it. Are you working on some ai magic behind the scenes? Because if not, you might find yourself getting left behind in the ai recruiting revolution.
Oh, and please don't try and fool us and claim that field matching is ai, there are a few ATS systems doing this at the moment, Field matching is not ai.
