The goal being to automate the forms collection process from candidates (RTR's, HR/Onboarding forms, etc.). As candidates submit forms, I can update their status and move them to the next step in the process. 

This would be a simple change on the form and recruit side, and a great feature that would drive real value. Up to this point, I have had to manage it with the web forms feature which wasn't ideal. Strangely thou, even Zoho forms doesn't seem to have a way to kick off an e-mail with the form that was just signed. I would probably try to get it to go the zoho BCC address so it was associated with the candidate record. So likely a few minor changes would have to occur to unlock the full end to end scenario.
