Zoho SalesIQ slows website load times down

Hello,

As Zoho should know, it's important to load a website fast for SEO. Once we add Zoho SalesIQ code to the website the load time and Core Web Vitals within Google Search Console turn very bad results. This negatively affects our SEO and rankings which we cannot allow.

How can we load your salesIQ code without slowing the website down? I heard someone on another thread mention async loading but there are no detailed instructions for this, can someone help?

Can we not host the javascript locally at all instead of load it from your servers?

How best to improve load time for this salesIQ code. Please ask one of your SalesIQ developers to respond.
