can I use zoho subscrition for my business?
Hello I developed a visitor management app and I need a subscription management tool which can comply to my process, namely (see below). 1. FOR NEW CUSTOMERS they sign up on my website choosing their desired plan and add-ons. all subscription come with a 15 days free trial. what's your recommendation here? embed your page, use my sign up form and send the data to zoho subscription? other? I do not want their payment details before the trial is over (similar to Zoho solutions) whcih probably meansCoupon validation at Customer/Partner level
Do you have any concept whereby we can validate coupon code for a particular set of customers or partners. E.g I have created Coupon50% off some selected plan, but I want to apply that only for selected customers and not all customers. How can i restrict that. I am using an API to update a card for a subscription. To do so, i have created a hostedpage through an API and after getting the hosted page url, i am redirecting user to that specific url where it takes card details from the user. This flow was working fine till now but from this morning when i redirect user to hostedpage url, the hostepage shows "Sorry, you don't have required access Internal Error". Say a customer buys 10 annual user subscriptions for our Saas product on the 1st July 2017. So the recurring invoice date would be 1st July 2018. After 3 months they buy another 10 annual users subscriptions. Will Zoho automatically pro rate the new purchases to charge for 9 months (i.e. 9/12ths of the annual subscription) and then bill for 20 users at the renewal date? We have 2 subscriptions on our website managed by Zoho subscriptions.. One is a plan that is setup with a cost of £0 the other is a £20 per month recurring subscription. Upgrades from the £0 to £20 plan are done via a hosted page, which worked fine until recently we added a 30 day FREE Trial period to the £20 plan. Hi There, I'm looking at ZOHO Subscriptions as the possible solution for my web design startup and there is a lot to like. However, I'm surprised by the glaring lack of a feature that is standard in all competitor solutions: the ability to easily add custom fields to the checkout form (Hosted Pages). I see that you can add custom fields easily in two or three other areas of Preferences, but to add a custom field in Hosted Pages, one must email in the request to have it added manually on the backCreate subscription using API that should go into trial_expired state when trial is over instead of going into 'live' status
Hello, I am creating subscription from API where I set trial period of x days. After x days we want the trial to expire - means the subscription to go into expired status. Currently once the trial is over customer gets an email with invoice and asked to be paid and teh status of the subscription is changed to LIVE. Hello Zoho, I am currently working on integrating webhooks in my application so that it gets notified of subscription modifications. The goal is to not have to poll the Zoho API and reduce the usage. The problem I am facing now is that my customers can easily figure out I'm using zoho services, and could potentially find the webhook URL used. With both information in their hands they can then forge a webhook request to make my application think that a subscription has been renewed. I can see there are options to subscribe for subscription related changes via webhooks. Using / integrated few of them already. The one I am particularly interested in to get notified to a wehbook URL when a trialing customer's subscription's - "trial expiry date" is extended / changed. I tried to subscribe to all event for subscription in webhook but did not got notified to configured webhook URL when I extended trial period from Zoho subscription portal UI. It looks like some webhook events are missing, the one i recently needed was the "refund" event. Is it possible to get this on the supported events? Hi Support, API document says that the user will be redirected to specified redirect_url only when payment is successful but it is redirecting to "redirect_url" after 3 continues payment fails as well and customers are thinking that their payment was successful. Hi, I would like to integrate Zoho Subscriptions with my e-commerce website. I am building a marketplace dedicated to downloadable products; so my users are buyers and sellers. When it is a new customer, payment form always asks for the credit card details. When creating a hosted page for an existing customer, payment form sets as payment method previous subscription credit card. However, when on the Hosted Page, the user should login and register instead of him creating another profile with a potentially duplicate email address. In the hosted page's form shown in the documentation and in the settings, there are fields present in the payment information section to collection the card number, cvv, etc. But when I go to my app's hosted page those fields are not there. If i have a customer who pays offline, and wants to renew the subscription, you have to wait till the end of the subscription and reactivate it. or else it affects metrics. There is a way to upgrade or downgrade a subscription, immedeatly or at the end of term. But since the customer wants that same subscription, and not up or downgrade. In the Zoho subscription page when I created a plan it actually comes with a pre-built credit card verification form. How to make this form active or it is already active for paid customer? Can zoho verify credit card payment as well?
