Difficulty doing sync with Google calendar
I select the Settings > Sync > Google Calendar option, and it pops up a window as if it going to do something. The window displays GOOGLE CALENDAR at the top left, but just shows the active bars at the bottom continuously and doesn't stop to give me an option to put in my user name, etc. Any suggestions on how long this should take (waited 1/2 hr) and still going (and I don't have a super slow computer). Did this multiple times. Any reason that this may not be working?

Hi guys, I love to use zoho email and calendar. But I really would like to know how to receive any sound alert from my android zoho calendar when I have setup an event. No sound comes up when I setup an pop up alert or nothing happen on my android when I setup a pop up alert.

Problems with Calendar invites and gmail?
Hi there Sorry of this is a well documented topic... I successfully invite multiple users to an event and I receive their email responses but only some of these people's responses are shown in the calendar event itself. So I receive an email notification that they are attending (or not attending) but the calendar event still shows some of them as having NOT responded. Any ideas please? It seems to be mainly SOME gMail users (but not all)! Thanks Dan

not seeing events from one user
We have 7 users. We all share our calendars with each other. I do not see one user's calendar on my calendar. I am subscribed in settings. The box is checked to view the calendar. We have removed and added the sharing. We have our calendars shared to our group, to which I belong and see everyone else's calendars. We have even tried adding a share specifically for me. The address that I'm subscribed to for this user has the exact same Calendar ID under the "other > calendars > details" as other

I set up my original calendar with sharing rights to manage calendar to 2 other individuals' email addresses. Problem is, they don't know how to access the calendar. They don't have a zoho account and did not receive an email with directions. Please advise asap. Thanks

Sharing calendar with individual users is working perfectly. Sharing calendar with a group is not working, and seems to have no effect. How can i share my calendar across a group, or even better, across the whole organisation?

sync with iOS
I have my Zoho CRM calendar synced with Zoho Calendar. I have Zoho calendar set up to sync with my iPhone calendar. Everything was set up using the instructions found here: https://www.zoho.com/calendar/help/user-guide/synchronize.html The problem is that Events and Tasks from my zoho CRM calendar are not showing in my iphone calendar. Any feedback or troubleshooting tips would be appreciated. Also, is it possible for Zoho's calendar to pull from iOS calendar so that both calendar's are in sync?

New Zoho Account Can't View Shared Zoho Calendar
Greetings, I've created a Zoho email account for a new user, and I've shared one of my Zoho calendars (not the primary/personal calendar) to their Zoho email address using the "Share with Individuals and Groups" option in the calendar's "Sharing" tab. The user has received the email notification, and can click the link to view the calendar in a new window, but none of the existing date entries are present in this shared calendar when the user goes to view it. Is there a way to get a shortcut or widget to the calendar placed directly on my android desktop? I like the mobile Zoho mail reader but I like to have one finger press access to the calendar as I want it to completely replace the google calendar. Thanks!
Can't get Zoho CRM - CalDAV to work with iPad

when sharing a calendar with someone using also zoho mail/calendar, I select my own calendar/tasks to be shown in red for instance and the other person´s calendar to show on my own calendar in blue. So I select red for may own and blue for the other person´s calendar. This doesnt really work.. it shows on the colors the other person has selected for each one of his tasks. I dont know if i am explaining myself clearly enough.. I want the other persons calendar to show in a specific colour on my own

When i try to create an event into a group calendar with an attendee wich doesn't belong to this group i receive the following message: "Group policy does not support to add non-group members as attendees." Zoho Cal Sync
I installed the new Zoho CalSync app for Android and it is much easier to configure than the old DAVDriod method. I do have a question though. I have two calendars that I view in Zoho (one is mine and the other is my wife's). When I log into Zoho CalSync, it only lists my calendar on the list of ones available to sync. I went to Settings in Zoho Calendar and made sure that the other calendar was enabled to sync and it is. With the old Davdroid method I had to set up two Davdroid accounts to get both

times Dont Sync properly
Hello. I have a Zoho Mail Standard account and have installed the Zoho mail app for my BlackBerry. When entering appointments in my calendar for certain times, I've noticed they change on the Zoho calendar website once everything syncs. Appointments entered from say 0830-1800 show up as 0130-1030. How to I set this up so the times are correct between the phone app and the calendar website?

Sync shared calendars with CalDav?
Problem: User A shared his calendar (edit priviledge) with User B. User B has to be able to edit the shared calendar entries on his Android phone. The sync with CalDav or DroidDav only shows his main calendar. The shared calendar neither appears in calendar.zoho.com under settings/sync. We need a way for multiple users to be able to work (create/edit/delete) on the same calendar from their mobile phones. How do we solve that? Thanks! Roman
new event in mobile app
Hi, I've recently signed up to zoho and generally I'm very happy. However, I've installed the mobile app (a must for me) and strangely, in the calendar section, when I add a new even by default it's being created on the day after. For example, I click on the 14th and when I create a new even, the default date is 15th time 12am-1pm. Why is that? It's so counterintuitive. Calendar color theme
Hi, Is it possible to change the color theme of the Zoho calendar? On my PC with a 27 inch Samsung monitor, I find it difficult to see the light yellow color for the current date. I also find it difficult to read the read the All Day events because of the white text. On my laptop computer, these colors are even more washed out and more difficult to read. ZOHO Calendar IOS App - Days of week displayed wrong
IS there no way to change the way the days of the week are displayed? Only calendar I have ever seen that starts week with Saturday. The result is that each day of the week appears one colunmn to the right of where you expect it to be. IE Monday is the 3rd column when on every other calendar it is the 2nd column. Twice I have missed appointments because I glanced at my calendar and forgot about this nuance. This almost should be considered a bug it is so far from being standard. Like someone developed
mass/bulk edit of events?
Hi, I've imported a google calendar into zoho and it was created as a new calendar. For practical reasons, however, I'd like to have all those events in the default calendar (since it's impossible to switch an additional calendar as default, which would be a great feature too) I'm wondering if there is an easy way to move events between calendars. Hi there We've just started to use the CRM for our company. Is there a way to only show limited details of certain calendar events to other users in our organisation? At present, everyone can see everything, but ideally we only want to use the Zoho calendar, instead of working between it for work events, and another calendar outside of Zoho for personal events or events from other companies we work for. I synced a Google calendar with my Zoho calendar that I no longer use. I deleted that Google calendar in Google and "un-synced" it in Zoho but the events still show up on my Zoho calendar. Is there a way to bulk delete the events or create a new calendar? Thanks
