I like very much the templates, specially the number 7. But... is it possible to hide the calendar title? I use a single calendar, and I think it's repetitive constantly see the same title.
Who to share a group calendar with another group
Dear All, My company has two groups in zoho mail under the same admin. In one of these groups we created a group event Calendar. I know how to share this calendar with the other members in the same group. But Is there any way to share this group calendar with the members of the other group? Or do I have to join all the members under one group?

System Crashing
when entering the calendar menu, it shuts or closes down the system and need to sign in again. This happens all of the time over the last 48 hours. Is there a bug in the system or is there a "fix" that anyone knows about. Please help
3 different calendar schedules daily
Hello, I'm trying to setup a simple daily schedule for a driving school. Currently using OpenOffice to produce something like this screenshot here : We need the 3 different schedules for each day. integrating Zoho Calendar
Hi, I currently use Zoho People and recently setup the group calendar. It is a very nice feature that we could use the group calendar within Zoho People. I want to find out the following about Group Calendar: -Any way I could invite non zoho users (like a client) to and event to our group calendar? If that's not available, is there any workaround? -How I could add the "calendar" into the Zoho People's dashboard or somewhere in Zoho People so that I don't have to click "My Account" and then "Calendar"

Hi. When you "Log A Call" from the Twilio softphone in CRM and then schedule a call as a activity; Zohocalender doesnt sync to the calender. Again it DOESNT sync if the call is scheduled from the softphone app using twilio in CRM. Could you resolve this please? Thanks

Outlook 2007 Plugin NOT automatically snycing calendar to Zoho CRM
I have no problem syncing from Zoho CRM to my outlook calendar but any changes made in Outlook are not moving over to my calendar in Zoho CRM. Any other settings I need to be aware of, other than checking off "automatically sync" in the settings tab? Thanks.
In the Zoho Calendar, is there a way to repeat events say daily or weekly?
I want certain events to repeat daily, others to repeat weekly but I see no option to set that up. Seems like a pretty common characteristic of any electronic calendar.

Hi, I need help figuring out how to create a repeating event in the Zoho calendar that only occurs on the fifth (5th) Saturday of the month. I see 1-4 as a monthly option, but not 5. URL Link not working on Internet Explorer
I have been using this the Zoho Calender for our office. The HTML Link has been working great for other employees to view scheduling on our calendar remotely. Today when it was opened by one of the employees use the HTML link it wouldn't pull anything up. She was able to view it in Google Chrome but not Internet Explorer. New to Calendar and find the white background so bright as to be unusable. Tried FAQs and web search but can't seem to find how to make the background a light grey or darker colour - is this possible?
Time zone wrong
Eek I created 3 months of events without noticing it was set to LA time zone. I am in Chicago time zone. When I change to the correct zone, all my times are off by 2 hours. What to do? For future newbies could you disallow event creation until after a time zone is selected? So no default time zone?
Embedded Calendar to only show available/busy times
Hi, I am using Zoho Calendar to manage bookings for a hall and also have an embedded version of the calendar on my website so people can check when the hall is available. My problem is that there is no way to restrict the embedded calendar to only show available/unavailable times - everyone can see the details of other bookings which may include the name, address and phone number, etc. Is there any way to restrict the information that appears in the embedded calendar e.g Restrict to only show available/unavailable

I just started with your calendar for our Scout troop. I have embedded it on our website in Month view. The problem is that it just shows a monthly calendar and only lists the activities if you click on a specific date. I would like to have it embed what I see on when I view the calendar so I can see what days there are activities. Can this be done?
Why do my events disappear
I have 5 calendars, one main one for me and boss only. The one for each of 4 tutors which are private to each tutor and me. ie the tutors do not see each others'. I put an event on a tutor calendar and it appears in the main one. That is ok. However the tutor event keeps disappearing from his calendar. Why can't I see it nor can he see it, but it is on the main one which I do not want to share with the tutors. Why do events disappear? Why do events appear on all the calendars when I don't want them
Zoho Calendar will not Sync with Oulook 2007, Printing is terrible from online view.
I am unable to get the Zoho Calendar to sync properly with Outlook 2007 (win 7 SP1, 32 bit). . When I do my first sync, MANY of the events come in on the wrong days. I had several series (reoccurrences) set up for Tuesdays and Saturdays, but when they synced with Zoho from Outlook using the plugin, they showed up on Mondays and Fridays. I only checked the obvious ones I knew for sure were wrong, but I can't trust any event now. I then tried clearing the Zoho Calendar and resync'd, but NOTHING showed

We use a zoho calendar for our shop rota When staff leave, or a shift is changed I clear them from the group calendar, however on viewing it from a staff members account am alarmed to see shifts still in there on their view, causing huge confusion. Email keeps me signed in, but signs me off calendar
I would like open access to my email and calendar all day, so when I sign on I use the "Keep me signed On" choice. Email usually stays good, but I have to sign out and sign back in for my calendar to work. Not acceptable; don't want to sign in 20 times a day!

Event's "Link (web URL)" is not viewable from private address for calendar
I have enabled a private address for a calendar. I logged onto Zoho calendar and created an event on that calendar. The event shows up when viewed using the private address. However, the "Link (web URL)" for the event is not viewable from the private address. In contrast, the "Link (web URL)" *is* viewable after logging into my Zoho account. Sharing indivudual calendars with groups
I want to make sure that each member of our team is sharing calendars with each other. We use it to track who is in and out of the office at any one time. I thought by sharing calendars with a group, all members of that group could then subscribe to the individual calendars. Outlook app not working for me
I'm using Outlook 2007 and downloaded the Outlook app. It doesn't seem to work, either in picking up my outlook calendar or allowing me to see the Zoho calendar. I thought I would be able to click on the app, sign in, and see my calendars -- is that correct? I'll look forward to your wisdom on all this.
