Points and badges for tickets
Hi. Have you ever considered giving points and/or badges for submited tickets perhaps? I was quite active on that field but I have just started to using Community platform aswell. I believe there were many good ideas, annoying bugs from EU data center, etc, in those tickets which could be awarded somehow :)
Format "My Area" posts like "Community" posts -- or at least provide a link
When I create a post in any Community forum, I get email updates that direct me to the post in "My Area." Also, of course, going to My Area is the fastest way to find things I've posted before. But the posts in My Area leave a lot to be desired, because
Add more filters in community.
There are thousands of ideas, but only a keyword then general app filter. Please add filters based on status, contains, does not contain, ideas, most/least popular, etc. Otherwise with "next" it would take a month to go through what is there. This will
Community Forum Navigation Suggestion
The new UI of the Community forums looks nice and refreshing. Great job! One suggestion I do have is to make it easier for users navigating through many posts to not lose their place. When scrolling through topics and then after reading a specific thread, when browser Back button is used. It always navigates back to the top of the forum list. It would be nice if it brought the user back to the position in the list to the topic where they came from. Note: This is my experience when viewing the Community
