I have looked and made searches everywhere, but I could not find any information on keyboard shortcuts in ZOHO-Connect. Does that mean they don't exist? If not, is it not time they are being implemented? I miss the speed, handiness and ease that some clever keyboard shortcuts bring. Having to abandon the keyboard to grab the mouse and click slows down the flow and momentum. Especially on the Kanban-style task boards, keyboard shortcuts would help tremendously!Download Manuals?

Hi, we're using Connect boards for tasks, and we can also view CRM Activities through Connect. For any of the Connect boards, I can easily add tasks - however there is no "New Task" buttons for any of the columns in the Zoho CRM section. Hi all, Each of my employees have their own task boards. I am always adding new tasks into their task boards with due dates and reminders. The only problem is that I am the person who receives the reminders (task creator) not the person assigned to the task. Hello, I'm planning on using Zoho Connect as a suggestion box here all ideas can manifest without being linked to as specific user. I'm wondering if there is a way to hide who posts on the application. I was unable to find such a feature. The closest that I can do is to have users change their name to something else but even then, everyone can see your email info and I plan to have users access using their work email. I was asked if this application supports private chats and I was like "yes it has web chat" because I recalled seeing this on the pricing page. However I can't see anywhere in the guest UI how to start a private chat? Hello, We just started using Connect as part of our Zoho One packages. I really, really like that the Tasks section also shows tasks from Projects, CRM and People. I am able to see all of my calendar events in Cliq and Zoho Calendar through Mail- but why not the other apps? For example in Connect, I only see what I have added as an event in Connect. And in CRM I only see what I have added in CRM. I would think that all event calendars in all of the various apps should be integrated, right? In zoho Connect, at Files, when you delete some folder/file it says it has sent to trash, but where is the trash? I've search it but i've not found it... also I've gone to Zoho Docs of my profile if deleted files go to my personal trash instead the collaborative trash, but not. I'm new to Workplace and finding it difficult to see how Connect integrates with Mail/Cliq/Streams. For instance, I can see the Company Connect calendar in Mail, but I can't add to it. So it's not very convenient. If I attach files to a Cliq message, do they go to Connect? What's the relationship between Streams and Connect Groups? The workflow I envision requires these two "halves" to work seamlessly together, but whatever I try, I usually end up with a Connect world and a separate world centeredZoho Connect and Zoho Books Integration

I have noticed that manuals get their own URL from the manual title. - However when I update the title (because of mistyping or change), the URL is not updated... - Also, it seems from the manual main page, some link are redirecting directly to the first article. Since there are apparently no keyboard shortcuts for 'Connect', is there any way to work faster in Connect? Example: I just tried to delete (or at least make disappear from the list) some daily repeated tasks that have not been checked off for a while. Normally (in other software), in order to bulk delete, you can check the top one; hold shift; and check the bottom one in order to select the whole lot in between.
