We have 12 buttons on each bird page, which open and close any year from 2009 to 2014. I would be interested to introduce 2 additional buttons, which open and close all years. As an example please go to https://docs.zoho.com/sheet/ropen.do?rid=hd3vbb834fba94b514ea7b2d048279dda68b2 I had a go, see lines 473 - 498 and 502 - 527 in the editor, but it does not work. Why has Docs become similar to Writer? Since the latest update Docs is not a reader anymore like on the iPhone. It takes minutes to open a file. Dear Team, Files opening Issue : Right click on Zoho Docs icon on system tray and click "Open Zoho Docs Folder". Now Zoho Docs folder in our system appeared but double click on any file shows "File path does not exists". Reason : This is because whenever you open the zoho docs folder, it contains " \\?\d:\Documents\Zoho Docs". Due to the improper file location, this error appears. I started using your online word processor on Jan 21. I was making a sign for my work. The nature of this type of project requires a lot of editing and changing things about. Now, it's a text document with various text formats and one image. At first I didn't like my first design, so I began making changes using a two-column table - this is where the problems began. The first problem I started having was that the table was cutting off the last few characters on each line of text within the rightCreate a macro that will insert a hyperlink using the cell information.
I would like to make a column in my spreadsheet automatically create a hyperlink based off of the information given. As an example, if I enter 123456, the automatic end result of the cell should show 123456, while hyperlinking to www.website.com/123456. I experimented a bit with macros, but am not advanced enough in VBA to understand how to make this happen. Is this even possible with macros? Every one who is logged in is struggling lately to put information on, when we put information into a cell it, it wont let the box move somewhere else. I use Zoho on my work computer so I can edit, online, the dropbox docs from my lap top. My lap top has the original dropbox program connected to my C drive. I synced 3 dropbox folders to Zoho. Then, when I go back to my dropbox on my lap top, those 3 folders each have replica files of the other two folders. i.e. suppose each folder had 15 files each. Now each folder contains 45 files and all 3 folders hold the same 45 files. Effectively, syncing caused the the folders to merge. I hadn't used Zoho Show for a few years but I've just come back to it to take advantage of its excellent feature set. I have a presentation file that has more than 130 slides. What is odd about this presentation is that while I cannot add new slides, I can duplicate existing slides. So I can still sort of add a new slide by first duplicating an existing slide and then wiping its content, but I do not like the extra hassle. Hi, i am using the latest Zoho sync for Ubuntu 14.04 64bit. When i add a file, it replicates the file up >150 times! eg (Report.odt, Report(1).odt, Report(2).odt, Report(3).odt, ......The strange thing is that when i delete the copies i also deletes the original file. I have had zoho docs for linux syncing fine, but removed the application-specific credentials from my account settings and regenerated them. In the zoho docs sync application in my toolbar I couldn't find a way to change my password anywhere in "Preferences". Rather than disable and re-enable sync like I probably should have I quit the zoho docs app in the toolbar and restarted it. When I try to access Zoho Docs through the browser, I can log in but a few seconds later I get kicked out back to the Zoho Docs marketing site. I'm unable to access anything, the Admin area kicks me out. Signing in again and the same thing happens. On a different browser I get a message that it is unable to connect to messaging server. Hello, I have read other discussions about similar issues, with temporary fixes, but I am still having problems with missing text boxes in my exported PDF files from ZOHO Show. They are within the size of the page, not overlapping other objects, and I have no idea why they wouldn't appear. Sometimes when I boot my pc I get this error from the Windows Zoho Docs Sync tool. "Could not read database". The error suggests to restart the sync tool but this doesn't help. I very recently started using Zoho Docs as a means of sharing files between my two computers. All was well at first, but after I added some more files yesterday I noticed Zoho Docs Sync showed that I had used 4.8 GB of my 5 GB quota.
