Zoho Show 3.0 Update : New Features and enhancements
We launched Zoho Show 3.0 to general public 4 months ago and since then we have been fixing bugs and adding new features. Here are some of the important features added : Export to PDF You can now download/export to PDF format. In the earlier version of Zoho Show, the PDF output had slides as images. I have not been able to view or edit the font size of any text within my public spreadsheet while using Internet Explorer. I have tried selecting multiple and single cells, as well as selecting multiple and single characters within a cell, but the problem persists. However, I can view and edit the font while using most any other browser (Firefox,Chrome, & Safari worked). Need help! As I understand version 3 the "save as" feature is the only way to save a document--I cannot find a "save" feature. This is problematic for published documents. After editing a document, even when saving under the same name, I find that I must go through the process of re-publishing the document (with the new link) otherwise the existing links which have been distributed to others will link to the pre-saved version of the document.Where is spell check?

Hi, I am using Zoho UI and also the MS office plugin mainly to "sync" my local spreadsheets with the one on Zoho. While the online UI works fine, since today I got the error message from Excel zoho plugin when either trying to open from Zoho or Save As -> Error occured while getting files from zoho Then I must click OK and it opens the zoho docs windows (files from docs.zoho.com) but of course it's blank so useless. Hello, I will gladly load xml data from a website into a zoho table (docs), with GoogleDocs is entirely feasible with the formulas = ImportXML. My problem is that Google allows unfortunately only 50 XML queries, but I need more, so I look for another option for this task to be done. I have a spreadsheet that while using Internet Explorer I cannot edit the font size of any text within the document. Hi, Bulk upload used to work fine, but now I cannot use it anymore. All I see is a white screen under "select a file to download". I have upgraded flashplayer but that didn't help. I use IE9 but also for Chrome it doesn't work. This really affects my business, so a fast solution is appreciated. We are having a major difficulty checking out docs. The Situation: We checked out several files from a Workspace folder The problem:We are unable to see these files in the folder anymore. Hello, A change to the display of an embedded show apparently was activated today. Our show is now bookended by black bars on the left and right, and the zoho toolbar still appears, but rather than cutting off the bottom of the slide, it appears below the slide. One of the toolbar buttons (fwd slide) has disappeared. I believe the image has been slightly warped by these changes, but not noticeably to our users. These are minor issues. The major issue is that embedded shows are no longer looping,Is there a limit on the number of people who can view a Zoho Show simultaenously ?

Hello: As an admin, is there a way I can just click on a user's name under my group to view what they have in their personal folders, favorites, & workspaces without having the user to give me permission to share the folder? I would like to verify/manage what my user's have in their accounts without having to log out and log in as them. Hi There, I love zoho already but there's one thing I really miss compared to the gmx email service. If you could receive an email with an attachment (any kind of file, really) and be able to directly transfer it into docs that would be great. Hello Developer, In Zoho Docs, I love that we can check in/out. And that there is a version control system. My question is: how many number of versions do you keep per doc? Can I determine that? I dont see a place where I manage this. Please help. Hi, is it correct understood that collaborators with whom you share a workspace, will be able to create new folders within that workspace, but will NOT be able to delete folders or change folder names? When Show 3.0 was launched in beta the support team said it would be some time before export to pdf was functional. As most of my current clients receive Email attachments and haven't responded well to "sharing" requests for documents this is mission critical for me. What is the status?Next Page
