Card payment surcharge?
Hi, I would like to offer my customers the ability to pay invoices by card (using the PayPal integration). However, PayPal charges me around 5% to receive a card payment, and I would like to pass on this cost to my customer by way of a card payment surcharge. Is there any way for Zoho Invoice to be set up to automatically add a defined "card processing fee", say 5% of the invoice total, if the customer elects to pay by card? I don't want to add this on to invoice manually, since most of my clientsInvoice an upcoming subscription renewal in Advance

Hi, It would be important to be able to work with Zoho Invoice in multiple languages, things like : - Associate a certain language to a customer - Having the reminders and notifications in several languages, so we could select what language to be used for each customer. At the moment we are using different Zoho Invoice organizations, but that is a lot more work because you have to setup everything on each organization (even all the common options), you have to manage customers lists in each ZohoCustom template for credit note?
When creating a credit note, it seems that one can only choose from the system templates, and can not select a custom made template for the layout of the credit note. How can we use our company custom template for credit notes as well?Complete Placeholder List?

I use Zoho Invoice for invoicing my billboard customers. I have a few customers that want to pay using credit cards and ACH. As a result, I have integrated an Online Payment Gateway (Stripe) for these customers. I currently charge these customers a "Convenience Fee" of 3% for using this service as I typically only take checks as payment (and the gateway charges 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). I'm having trouble getting my logo to size properly on the invoices. I've changed the dimensions to what you recommend (580 x 250 or as close as I could) and it comes out huge on the invoice, taking up the top 20% of the page.
