Allow login-less invoice payments when portal is active
Hi, with portal not active, emailed invoices can simply be click-and-pay directly from the emailed invoice. No login is required. however, when the portal is enabled, the link in the invoice now requires to login. This seems like a step backwards, as it can now take longer to effet payment by clients (cannot find password/lost password etc) Payment is also not necessarily done by the same person(s) that actually access the portal. Confused about timesheets and billable hours
So I have a project set up, and I logged the time for three tasks: 20 min, 30 min, and 40 min. That's a total of 1:30. But the overview page of the project says I have 2 billable hours. I deleted all the time logs and reentered, but it still says 2 hours. I have no idea what to do next. Ideas? Thanks.

Zoho Invoicing messing with my Zoho email
I subscribed Zoho invoicing service before and disconnected the service this year, as I do not need it any more. Now I am setting up emails through Zoho, but I can't set up an existing email using Zoho. The error message says "User already exist in your org". It seems the problem may be that this email is already in Zoho's database. Can Zoho please help? I need to continue to use this email badly.
Estimate and Invoice text color not dark enough.
I am using the standard template for Estimates and Invoices. The template looks good overall but the text body is not dark enough when it prints. I have not altered the template fonts or colors (it shows it as black text) but it looks more like a light gray when it is printed out. I have not only had this issue at my office but have had customers also call and ask if I could darken the text in the body. Is there a way to make this darker (maybe a bold option)?
Changing Military Time for Timesheet to AM/PM
Any way to change entering the "Time Spent" in regular AM/PM 12-hour format? Right now, it only allows military time entry, which I have to look up every time. Thanks!
Export PDF with Hebrew charcters - ISSUE
Hello, I added Hebrew to an invoice in Zoho Invoices, all good in the web, but once I'm trying to export the invoice to PDF > my computer, I can't see Hebrew. *** I tried to change the fonts to DejaVu LGC or Noto Sans - but nothing. Do you have any solution?

Card swipes and z invoice (POS)
We use zoho invoice for online billing, works great. We have a small showroom with a PC so we can peruse our catalog with customers and print orders. We need that big screen for viewing the catalog. Just had the second Android phone and swiper (square) stolen. I want to swipe cards from the PC and get the payment info direct into Z invoice. Square only does Android. Hi, I wanted to get the forums feedback on Zoho Invoice. I'm thinking about using it for my business, but I've had major ongoing issues with Zoho Mail for a couple of years now so I'm hesitant on using another Zoho product. Emails and getting paid are critical for businesses. For those that use this Zoho Invoice, is it reliable? Invoice - importing expenses using .csv file

Problem with pdf export and order of billing address
Hi, i have some problems/qustions with zoho invoice. 1) on the right hand side the formatting of the header is wrong (pdf export). The colon slides in the wrong row (see screenshot). 2) how can i change the order of name, company name and address? the surname and name of my contact is always at the top of the other lines. in the options i can only change the order of the things below the first line? I want to be able to send a recurring invoice ahead of the invoice date. Is this possible? Can it be automated? If so, how? We use Zoho Invoice and also use Payeezy Gateway via PNC as our Online Payment tool. I was wondering if integration with Payeezy Gateway formerly known as Global Gateway E4 is on the roadmap for Zoho Invoice. Unable to set email when creating contact using API
Although the API docs state that you can set the email key when creating a contact, it doesn't take effect. The contact gets added but the email is left blank.

Reports without taxes included
Hi all, My first question in this forum so please forgive me if it's not the right place to post this. We've been using Zoho Invoice for a while and it would be really handy to have the reports (invoice details, estimate details, etc) without VAT as that's the way we report books here in Spain. All forecasting as well as all book keeping is done always without VAT. Also, not all our clients have VAT (inside the EU VAT is not charged in destination countries) so it's not as simple for me to just get

Import customers - accented characters are replaced by �
Hi, After importing my customers, all accented characters (like ë, é, ü,...) are replaced by �. I've tried UTF-8, UTF-16, ISO-8859-1 and ISO-859-2. I have pre printed paper with a header and footer that contain all the information about my company (address, account number, website,...). Hi, I'm switching to Zoho Invoice and I'm trying to import my customers. The only problem is that I don't find a field to map the ZIP code to. All the other fields are there. Give tasks status "complete"
Hi I would like to have a function to mark tasks as complete so they don't show up in the project anymore. I have ongoing "projects" which have lots of small tasks.
