From reading previous posts, it sounds like it was a design decision to not have the chat box feature in Webinar. As I understand it, the rationale is that a webinar is a one to many presentation whereas a meeting is a more collaborative event. I'd like you to reconsider having chat box as part of the webinar. The way we do webinars is we have the person(s) talking and we also have a co-organizer who acts as a Producer and interacts with the Q&A. I understand from Zoho support that only Zoho meetings created in Zoho Meeting or Zoho Calendar will who in the Zoho Meeting's calendar. When holding webinars, having multiple dates and times for the attendee to select from would be nice, particularly when doing webinars in international markets. 1 webinar but with "N" alternative dates and times in a drop down combo when registering. Hello, We are using intensively Zoho-Meeting to deliver Webinars to atract new leads. We have configured a personalised registration form with new fields, but this information can't be automatically synced with Zoho-CRM. Even the default fields are notAllow default dial-in numbers to be specified for meetings
Similar to GoToMeeting, allow the system administrator to specify which dial-in numbers are included in the invite by default. They should also be able to specify the primary number e.g. UK, with additional extra ones e.g. France, Italy. During the creation of the meeting, they can also add extra locale numbers or remove default ones not required for that specific meeting.Be able to mute Co-organizers in Webinar
We just had a webinar with a "hot-mic" incident. A co-organizer joined but could not hear us on the webinar. Thinking she hadn't properly joined, she started being "verbal" in her efforts to troubleshoot. Some of the language was not the greatest! It would be great if Zoho Meeting had an option to show the person currently talking in a bigger window, ie, full screen.. This works on the iPad version for Zoho Meeting, where I can see a full screen if whoever currently speaks. But in Zoho Meeting‘s desktop version I can only see all participants in a same size window. If there are a lot of participants than the windows get really small. Multifeed video is great and works well. To make it even better, it would be useful to quickly see who is speaking. When you have 25 thumbnails on the screen, it can take a moment to see who is talking. So, 2 options: . thumbnails as it is at the moment but with the speaker being highlighted . speaker in larger frame and thumbnails on top or below Thank you!Next Page
