KPI of converted prospects
I would like to know if in Zoho Motivator I can create a KPI that is related to the converted prospects in Zoho CRM. I have been looking for that option in Motivator, or how to create this KPI, but I can not figure out how to do it. Somebody made it? ThanksHow do I add a leader board?

Hi, Is there a way to disable tracking certain accounts but still allowing them to access motivator? My situation is we have IT guys or other members of the company who are not involved in creating leads or anything similar. I am having a hard time creating customer KPI's. When i create a custom rule it won't show up in the end behavior. The only things that will show up in the behavior are Records:, Record Owner, & Probability. I keep trying to use some of the items from the field in the Deals Module but it won't use the rule. In contests with multiple behaviors, is there a way to show subtotals of where participants are getting their points from? Right now if there are a few behaviors in a contest, there's no easy way to tell how many points are coming from each behavior. This makes it hard for a contest participant to see where they are excelling and where they are falling short. Is there a way to do this, and if not, could this be added to Motivator? It would go a long way to help employee motivation!Are custom KPIs part of the free plan?

Can we get an option to use a 5 day week for computing targets? Most companies work a 5 day work week, not 7. Right now our sales reps can access 'All KPIs' for the entire company, which is data we don't necessarily want all of our sales reps to see. Right now I can see them as an admin/super admin, but other users that have the 'owner' access level can only see company data and their own data. Just started a trial of Motivator, looks great but the data is wrong. I've set a simple test behavior of a Call record that has a duration that isn't empty, worth 2 points. In the CRM, I make a record like this, and in Motivator it shows that I have 2 points. So far so good. But then if I close Motivator and come back later, it shows that I only have 1 point?? Then if I delete the record from the CRM and check Motivator again, it shows that I have negative 1 points?? Why do the point totals go outData from Zoho CRM not Sync with Motivator

Hi, How do I exclude weekends from KPIs? For example, I have a KPI for Calls made, however, we never have anyone working/making calls on the weekends so the charts for the KPIs dip down to 0 every weekend. Hi, I’m evaluating Zoho Motivator for our team. I need a KPI for calls created. This exists as a default KPI. I want to set a parameter for the KPI so that it only counts calls for a certain length or longer in order to discount calls that were quick hangups, etc. However when I add the under “Other Custom Rules” > Call Duration > Greater than Or Equal > 1 — the results in the target show the user making 0 calls longer than 1 second. Hi, For kpi's using date fileds i find that i can only use options like "before" or "after". We need to know how many times a date field has been populated and i don't know how to do it.
