Zoho Projects have been broken since May 8 - No solution provided
I opened ticket #40539004 on May 8th. Since then no solution has been provided to me. I have constantly received messages saying "we fixed the issue" but it is not fixed. Further, I have done three screen shares and each time I show the same error toAdding Zoho One Licenses
We just signed up for a free zoho trial and think we like it. We are a 5 person startup company and will commit all employees to a license according to the all-employee price plan. As we grow, we will get each new employee a license to be compliant with the price policy. Is that how it works? When we continue to hire additional employees we buy each of them a new license to stay on that price plan of $30 per employee per month/annual? There doesn't seem to be any formal integration between Zoho CRM and Zoho Orchestly which is a real shame. The only integration one can do is to modify records in Zoho CRM but what if you need to view Jobs that relate to a CRM record? It's highly likely that Jobs are going to be related to Zoho CRM records in some way and an integration field in Orchestly that points to a CRM record would go a far way. One could build your own, but if you look at the Orchestly API there is no way to search for Jobs,Default config KRAs
