New Layout Problem
Hey guys, I am experiencing an issue when trying to create a New Layout. I receive a message saying "Sorry, but you can not create a new layout as you have aleready reached the maximum limit of 3 layouts per module." I have not been able to find a solution to this anywhere.Converting Leads to Contacts
Hello, Anytime we convert a lead to contact, it auto changes the contact owner to the CEO's name even if it is assigned originally to the correct lead owner. Even with our lead and contact assignment rules it still changes it back. Is there any insightDomain Mapping issues with Safari/Go Daddy

I started my trial period of Zoho one last week. The migration from Hubspot has been nothing short of a nightmare. Mail does not work - CRM it is confusing - Mail parse is a dinosaur - and list goes on. I was recently talking with the Desk team and I was informed that adding Light agents in Desk is not available with Zoho One. Can you possible review this and consider changes in the future? Status: Im running a business that works really tight with the clients we have When a client signs up, we grant them access to a lot of tools that we have So we are (hopefully) moving over to Zoho in order to streamline things. I have set up my Zoho account on my iPhone with Exchange ActiveSync. It works very well. I create or delete an event and my Zoho account reflects this seamlessly. However, the plug-in for Outlook is clunky and I have found the synchronization to be hit and miss. Wouldn't it be better simply to support Exchange on the desktop Outlook? I started with Zoho CRM Plus and there was a really nice sidebar that let me navigate between apps. As soon as I upgraded to Zoho One, I lost that sidebar and now find it very challenging to navigate with ease between apps.
