Color formatting issues
I'm making a slide from scratch and trying to format colors for shapes and fonts. I can get everything formatted the way I like and everything but if I save it or go into print preview it'll take the texts that were formatted in black and make them white causing the lettering to disappear and the white text turns black. And if I go from print preview to the print page and print the slide all the fonts turn up grey regardless of color. In addition, when I format the edging of a shape to make the edgingShows won't work in Internet Explorer anymore?
I realize that explorer is an old browser, but to maximize compatibility I need this. It's one of the reasons we chose to use this platform, because it said that Explorer was supported. When I try to load a presentation in explorer it tells me the presentation cannot be found. The link works in every other browser. I tried embedding it on a page and opening that in explorer - same issue. Is anyone else having this issue? Is it a glitch or is Zoho discontinuing support for ie?Embedded
We use embedded Zoho Analtyics Reports in Zoho Show - and of course these embedded reports only show in Slideshow mode. We sometime like to print a version of the file, but when printing the Zoho Show document the embedded report doesn't show. It would be great if you could view the embedded file when printing.can't get the app to work. (Show android app)
After installing app to androidtv and launching the app .He will ask me to log in to www.zoho.com/tv and enter the code that the app will display on your TV screen. Log in using a computer and enter the code, then a message indicating that the device is accepted. But on tv screen still app shows code and countdown of seconds. I am trying to create a set of slides for presentation on Zoho Show on my Windows 10 PC. Since most of the text in it is going to be Japanese, I am using Japanese IMEs (one by Google and one by Microsoft). Either way, I cannot input Japanese text. I've tried multiple browsers, but I get the same issue on Google Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge. I've used Zoho Show for many years, and I think this is my first time to see an issue like this. Embedding URLs with symbols does not seem to be allowed. I have not got around to figure out exactly what symbols are prohibited, but for example, you cannot embed the following URL. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daniel_Jones_(phonetician) Hope you will be able to address this issue soon! Hi, I have a 112 slide presentation that was created in Zoho Show and when I try to export it as a PDF the system just hangs... I see waiting for zoho show in the bottom browser bar and nothing happens. I can print as a PDF and this take a while but gives me the PDF in the end. I've added links to my presentation to allow the user to navigate through slides and link to external resources. It works great on the web view but none of the links are clickable on any mobile browsers. Neither text nor image links work. The text links show up underlined, but they are not clickable. Since a couple of weeks (after upgrades to IOS13 and most recent Zoho version of APP) we encounter an issue on a presentations which is looped in our public space. It will run fine for say 40 minutes and then suddenly in a transition (random point in the PPT) it will go "black". Only solution is to restart the presentation and sometimes even requires rebooting the Apple TV. Hi, Devs! I think you recently changed the way hidden slides are shown in the Sorter View and Normal View. I believe in the past, they were clearly distinguishable from those that were not hidden (I think they were sort of "dimmed"), but now the difference is so subtle that now I find myself confused often because of this. Hi, Devs! When I opened my Zoho Show slide decks for the first time in several days, I immediately noticed this: text in callouts are somehow turned to black. This phenomenon seems almost universal, but not entirely; some callouts did not seem to have suffered from this unwanted change. I usually use a dark background color, so for text color, I normally use white or a light color. When it is black, text is not readable, so I am currently modifying it one by one back to the original color I specified.Can't access scrollbar in slides list column
How do I get the scrollbar on the left-hand slides list column to show? It is incredibly thin and continually disappears. Resizing the columns (between the slides list column and the workspace) occasionally causes the scrollbar to show again, but often, I simply have NO scrollbar at all. This means I cannot access all the slides. As much as I am loving Zoho Show, this is making it incredible difficult to use. Please advise. A keyboard shortcut would be a fine alternative. Thank you. Currently, we run our graphics on a playlist with youtube videos interspersed in our office -- however, when we go to update the playlist (since last Thursday at around 8-9am EST) it no longer saves the autoplay function.
