Pocket is a really great way of saving articles or posts found on the internet that could be used for publishing later. How about integrating it into Zoho Social so that you can pull items saved in Pocket into the publishing section to create a post.Facebook Video Greater than 140 Seconds Please
Hi, I have had two deals missed because of customers loving Zoho Social but need to post 3 minute promotional videos and with only 140 seconds this is a problem. This was put in I believe to be in line with Twitter. As Facebook supports extremely long videos it should be a simple fix to remediate this and allow for longer uploads via Zoho Social of video content. I have several requests: Emojis - Everyone uses them, especially on social media. An emoji picker would be great. Automatic posts - Here's the basic idea: I set a posting schedule and Zoho automatically posts content that I've pre-selected in those time slots, unless I've already scheduled a post in that time slot. Photo editor - When I add a photo, some basic editing tools would be nice. Cropping, resizing - simple stuff like that. Video - 'nough said; I'm sure you're already working on this. We like to quote a tweet and set aside time to monitor content and add our perspective to other's posts. But we cant sent them all at once or we will bombard people. How are others dealing with this? Hello Zoho, Our company really liked the post approval option of plannable. We have one member of our team that writes the post in Spanish, and the other translates it into English. However, the post goes through in Spanish if one member does not translate the post in time. Therefore, the approval option on the calendar would be very super helpful, as one member can approve the posts and see which days are already calendered and approved. A really nice feature would be to provide a way to bulk schedule social posts according to the queue I've set up. Perhaps if the date field contains an asterisk, the post is scheduled for the next queue slot after the previous post.Saved Captions
Much like Facebook has "Saved Replies" in messenger, it would be great to have "Saved Captions" as a button when creating a post. I frequently post a similar contest post once per week and change up the first paragraph (but the rest of the post is the same every week). If I had a "Saved Captions" feature, it would save me time and keep me on Zoho instead of switching back to Publishing Tools and tracking down last week's post to copy & paste. Hi team. Would be great to have a signature on Twitter/FB posts, especially from mobile social. Something as simple as allow us for each post to tag it off with a short URL and a couple of hastags. It would be great if, when I go to schedule upcoming posts, I had more than just one option for the Queue. Currently, I am given the option to schedule on the next available Queue slot. But let's say, it's Tuesday and I'm working on a post for Saturday. I have to schedule it manually then fill in all the other Queue slots before I can go back and edit the post again. Ideally, I would click "Queue" and there would be a dropdown of the next 20 or 30 time slots in my Queue Settings.RSS Feeds
zSocial is missing three key components that are available on most of the other popular social media management platforms 1. Posting from an RSS Feed 2. Post video 3. Pinterest I saw posts already requesting video and Pinterest support. But not having RSS feed posting capability is a BIG miss. That means every company with a blog has to manually post via zSocial. I really like the idea of managing social within Zoho One because we can encorporate our internal task management, CRM, customer data and support tickets to it... BUT, without proper review management, its dead in the water for us. We still need to manage our social, as well as our clients social and reputation management from other social management SaaS. When I was trying out Zoho Social, I thought the CustomQ feature was great and later signed up for a paid plan. Was dismayed to find out that CustomQ is in the Professional plan, not Standard. I was using Coschedule and one of the things I really liked was that posts could be scheduled for repeating "Tomorrow" and "Next Week" which made it easy to repost stuff quickly. Zoho has a scheduler but it's a bit harder to use with dates and weeks. Can you just add check boxes for a couple of options like tomorrow/next week?
