What custom variable will check a checkbox back in CRM?
I want to "invisibly" pass a custom variable from URL generated in Zoho CRM with a specific custom variable, to Zoho Survey, and then when the Survey gets submitted, I want a checkbox to be checked in the CRMHow would I form the custom variable to do so? I have no problem doing the above with actual text (passing the word "yes" from Zoho CRM, invisibly to Survey, and then back into Zoho CRM to update a field with the word "yes").....but I want to know how to check a checkbox in the CRM, not addIntegrating responses to a ZOHO survey into a potential in ZOHO CRM
The satisfaction survey I've created can be sent via ZOHO campaigns to Contacts that have a Won potential against them. So far so good. The next step is to integrate the responses to the questions back into ZOHO CRM. Here I can see that mandatory fields set up in ZOHO CRM Potentials filter through - so that I'm asked to select a corresponding question. See screen shot below. Naturally the potential name, stage etc., shouldn't be overwritten with the answer to a question in the survey. I do not wantCustom variable on choice text
When adding a custom variable in the question it works. When adding a custom variable to the question choices (multiple choices/questions) id does not work. Is that something you can change anytime soon?How add first name to Zoho Survey?

I'm doing the survey and CRM integration so that when the customer sends the survey, some fields are updated I have in my Invoice module. That should take the CRM field to be updated? Hi, We are going out to customers to get some product and service feedback, I would like the results to integrate nicely into Zoho CRM. So I want my customer service person to have access to Survey Premium edition so that she can manage the survey and check its appeared correctly within CRM. Is there a central way for me, as Zoho CRM admin, to enable Survey premium for this user? It seems when I try to do this I am only enabling it for myself, but I don't ever want to use it and only want to payFacility to anonymize survey returns
