Integrate Survey with a Potential in Zoho CRM
Good day, It would be usefull to be able to link a Survey sent through a Potential in ZCRM to the Potential asociate, not only the contact. Hello Zoho community, I've started using Zoho CRM recently and now I'm using the Zoho Survey as well. I know that results from the surveys are automatically updated in Zoho CRM alongside each individual's contact details who have completed the survey. However, is it possible the results/reports from the survey to appear alongside more than one individual contact in Zoho CRM? Dear ZOHO, For my research I'm using validated Likert questionnaires and scales. I wondered if there is also an option to have a likert lay-out as follows: In words: Every question is followed by boxes with individual answer-options and not only answers options at the extremitis extremes of the Likert scale, which is offered by the ZOHO survey at the moment. It would be great if there was a way to have a popup window appear when person hovers over a question, and window pops up to give user more details about the question being asked. Is there any way to use auto-fill with a multiple choice question? Or is it possible to use question logic based on accustom variable (from advance survey settings) ? Hi, We are going out to customers to get some product and service feedback, I would like the results to integrate nicely into Zoho CRM. So I want my customer service person to have access to Survey Premium edition so that she can manage the survey and check its appeared correctly within CRM. Is there a central way for me, as Zoho CRM admin, to enable Survey premium for this user? It seems when I try to do this I am only enabling it for myself, but I don't ever want to use it and only want to payFacility to anonymize survey returns

Hi, I am testing Zoho Survey before buying and the survey I created is on https://survey.zohopublic.com/zs/1KCNxy. Eveything goes fine and it arrives to "Survey End Page " that I created. There is "M_APP Mobile Learning App" logo on survey page but it is missing on Survey End Page. There is only "Pilot Evaluation Form" text and it is incomplete without logo. I'm sure everyone reading this has run into this problem once. You want to take input from a zoho survey and then save it in zoho creator. Heres a workaround that will do fine until they do official integration for the two products. Fully integrate zoho survey with Zoho CRM. After that you can create a form with lookup fields that pulls from fields in the Zoho CRM table that your survey was saved. I need to embed a custom survey link in my outgoing email marketing campaigns footers.all footers. These have several custom variables to identify the user, and I'm using merge tags there which is fine for them but in order to pull these responses back to the crm record I need a merge tag for the contact_ID and this is not an option in campaigns.
