【Zoho CRM】ポータル機能のアップデート:UIとポータルの作成フローの変更

今回はZoho CRM アップデート情報」の中から、ポータル機能のアップデートをご紹介します。

 概要 

UIとポータルの作成フローが変更されました。ポータルの新機能に先立ち、UIを一部変更しました。タブやオプションの配置を見直し、機能へよりアクセスしやすくなっています。

た、「ポータルユーザーの種類」は今後、「ユーザーグループ」と呼称され、ページ上のボタンも「ユーザーグループを作成する」に変更されます。

 


「ポータルで使用するタブの設定」は、「ポータルのタブの設定」へ名称が変更されました。

 

 


ユーザーグループの作成フローの変更 

①「ポータルユーザーの種類」タブは「ユーザーグループの詳細」に置き換わりました。

②「ポータルのタブの設定」画面に進む前に、メインタブや関連タブを選択できるようになりました。

③ポータルの招待設定も「ユーザーグループの詳細」画面に移動しました。


これまでは、「ポータルで使用するタブの設定」画面では、関連タブの選択を解除してもすべて表示されていました。

今回のアップデートで、メインタブと選択した関連タブのみが表示されるようになり、同じ画面でタブの追加や削除もできるようになりました。



 ユーザーグループ詳細画面内のタブについて 

以前はユーザーグループをクリックすると「設定」タブが表示されていましたが、今回のアップデートで「タブと権限」と「設定」の2つに分割されました。「ユーザー」タブは変更されません。

タブの順序は以下の通りです:

  1. タブと権限

  2. 設定

  3. ユーザー

 

 「タブと権限」タブについて 

「タブと権限」タブでは、必要なタブの設定と権限を行うことができます。
以前「・・・」オプションからアクセスしていた以下の機能は配置が変更されました。

①ポータルへの登録フォームの管理とメールテンプレートのカスタマイズが「設定」タブ内に移動

②招待の設定が、すべてのタブの右上に移動

 


 「設定」タブについて 

新しい「設定」タブには、以下の2つのサブタブがあります(すべての招待がメールで送信される場合)

①ポータルへの登録フォーム:登録フォームの作成・表示・管理を行う

②メールテンプレート:メールテンプレートの表示・カスタマイズ・管理を行う




すべての招待が電話番号で送信される場合SMSテンプレートタブが1つ表示され、作成済みのSMSテンプレート一覧を確認できます。
