Some users complain that Zoho Meeting makes them download when joining

We have had several people joining our meetings complain that every time they join a Zoho meeting, it makes them download the desktop app, and then tries to install it each time instead of launching the already installed app. Why would it not just send these users to the browser app, or launch the existing desktop app.

Unfortunately I can't provide any details about this issue as it doesn't happen to me, but to our customers joining meetings occasionally. Just wanted to make sure you were aware and see if others had run into this issue.
