Webinar 1 - Enhancements in field customization and controls in Zoho CRM

These 5 enhancements make it all the more easier to define and associate fields across relevant modules. From ensuring relevant records are accessible for your users, to reducing multiple actions to fetch record details, we'll look at how these enhancements can be configured to do just that.

Global sets - Admins can now pre-predefine Global sets that can be used for any picklist field across modules. 
Field of Lookup - Now, view additional data of lookup record by associating fields from the lookup modules within your current layout. 
Lookup Filter - Configure a criteria-based filter to ensure that only certain records show up under a lookup field. 
Rollup Summary - A whole new field type that can aggregate or summarise relevant data from a chosen related list. 
Record Locking - Either manually lock records or configure criteria to lock certain records automatically. 

Webinar 2 - Enhancements in advanced analytics and forecasts in Zoho CRM

Forecasting and analytics helps monitor, predict, and scale sales growth for any business. CRM's Forecasting functionalities have undergone enhancements expanding its possibilities, and guiding users to do more with the analytics derived. 

Custom Forecast Categories - Forecast category pick lists allow new custom categories to be added to Deal Status. 
Forecast Performance Analytics - Performance Trend, Achievement Comparison, Comparison Across Forecast, Current Deals by Stages, Reasons for Gaps, Improvements, and more provide comprehensive analysis into Forecasts' performance. 
Stage Component - This brand new component type in CRM's analytics highlights conversion, stagnation, and spillage at each stage of a sales process. 
Zia Strategy Influencer - Plan strategies, find anomalies affecting the target, and identify top contributing fields towards your goals.
Custom Domain Mapping - Rebrand your CRM system in alignment with the domain name of your business
