Zia understands candidates as humans with career profiles instead of a string of keywords. This enables her to find “the perfect match” for your job openings as she can match their experiences, skills and proficiencies with the job’s requirements and grade them accordingly. 

Assume you have 100 candidate records and five active job openings that all 100 candidates are eligible for in your Zoho Recruit account. Going through every candidate record and vetting them for each job opening can be wearisome and repetitious.
