I've looked and looked but cannot find this Setup-->Personal Settings-->Email Settings-->IMAP/POP3(Zoho Mail)-->Configure Now. to setup the integration from Zoho mail to Zoho CRM. Am I missing something?

How to set up an app
I need to set up an app for our people in the field to be able to see dashboards in advanced CRM and reports, and also be able to search for projects. Can someone point me in the right direction to get started setting up the apps? For some reason I can't seem to find anything on customizing apps. Just a tutorial page or a place to get started would help greatly. Thanks.

I am a small office. The office consists of myself and two assistants. We use Ring Central for our phone service. How do I get all call logs (both inbound and outbound) from all users pulled into Zoho and accessible to all users? Here is an example: Client John Doe calls in to the office. User Sue True answers and takes a note; I want User Jack Lewis to be able to see the call details, including the note. How do I do that?

CRM not picking up Invoice info even though they are linked
We have Invoice and CRM linked and they seem to do an ok job sharing info even though we have not done thorough testing... There is an issue with Invoices not showing in CRM. Just got a note that ZoHo CRM is no longer offering integration with QB. Does anyone have another CRM that they utilize effectively with QB? We will not/cannot move off of QB - so we are committed to it, but now we are struggling to make Zoho CRM talk to QB - even though we LOVE Zoho. HELP?
Zoho CRM solutions not synched with Zoho reports
In Zoho API settings for snych of CRM with Reports (https://crm.zoho.eu/crm/ShowSetup.do?tab=webInteg&subTab=zohoApps&appname=reports) I cant find module "solutions". Is this due to our subscription (we have subscription professional for Zoho CRM and standard for reports) or is it not available at all? If not available at all, I understand that we need to do extend the synch by creating a job that fetches the solutions through CRM API (which is possible according to https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/modules-fields.html#Solutions)

When we create a budget, we always link it to its corresponding opportunity. If we win the opportunity, we invoice the corresponding budget, but how does CRM integrate the products of this opportunity gained? How do I know what products I have sold to a customer in CRM? Hi! I'm using the Deluge function zoho.crm.updateRecord("Potentials", "ID", updateMap) to update some records. However, every record that I update get's it's layout changed to "Standard" from whatever it was previously. How can I stop this behavior? Thanks!

When is Zoho going to have a direct integration with Marketo? We currently have to use a 3rd party integration, but it cannot sync all of the data between the two systems. (for example, campaigns cannot be synced, Activities cannot be synced, etc).

Have a user we enabled iMap this morning for. It has not started syncing for her. (See image) been over 8 hours. Anyone have a suggestion?
Confusion about integration of Campaigns w/CRM
We use both CRM and Campaigns. I get how to create a campaign in Campaigns to mail to - for example - all our Contacts and Leads. We do a monthly blast that way and it works very well. We have other campaigns in CRM that are smaller subsets of contacts - for example, just people who have asked to get information about our workshop series. I'd like to now do a blast to them from Campaigns. How do I get the two applications to talk to one another? Thanks!
CRM not saving inbound messages from Zoho mail
We have just integrated Zoho mail into our Zoho CRM and I'm very pleased. However, I'm puzzled by the fact that CRM does not keep a copy of the inbound message when it gets deleted from my inbox in Zoho mail. Am I doing something wrong? I can't believe that all messages have to be left in the mail's inbox system for eternity. Any help appreciated. Kerry

Sync Reminders with Google
Is it possible to sync a new Task with its reminder with Google? I tried to create a new Task with a reminder and was hoping that it would sync with Google so that I could access it on all my devices. But only my events are getting synced. I'm using the professional version, which syncs with Google Contacts and Calendar.

Pushing Zoho CRM Tasks to Zoho Mail Tasks
I used the connection to push Zoho CRM Tasks to Google Tasks several years ago but found Google Tasks to be too bare bones to be useful. I have since started using Zoho Tasks as my primary Task Manager on my mobile device (it is ALWAYS where I am) and I would like to have my CRM task pushed out to the Zoho Tasks tool so I don't have separate Task managers. Zoho RingCentral Integration problem with softphone
We set up the Zoho integration with RingCentral. It works great. However, there are times when the operator needs to manually type a phone number into the softphone (for example when a phone number is in the notes field).
