i dont want my users of a certain level to be able to see other users and be able to assign tasks to them, or be able to communicate with others as well. i am settig this up to just assign them a lead and that is the only thing i want them to be able to use this for.

Hi All, I've created a custom Zoho App for use in CRM. I've built the form and added this as a related list in the Leads module. However when adding a new record in this list, I need to manually specify the field property that relates the list between the Leads and my custom app. Is there a way for this to automatically happen so that my users don't need to copy/paste the lead ID? Notification for Tasks in CRM App
There should be a way to allow pop-up notifications for Tasks in the iPhone ZOHO CRM App. Being notified both in an email AND a pop-up notification on ones phone would be amazing - but also seems necessary. Surprised that it isn't integrated.
Unsubscribe status
We are using the "Autoresponders - Push Member Status as Fields in Zoho CRM" in Zoho Campaigns. It seems to be working as I am seeing the data populated in Zoho CRM. My question is if a subscriber unsubscribes from a list is some sort of unsubscribe status sent with the Push Member Status functionality? If not, is there another way to get the unsubscribe status into the CRM without having to use the API?

Google Calendar Sync works erratically when I clone events

We are trying to integrate Zoho CRM with Quickbooks - your instructions say that in order to do this we have to download quickbooks web connector, but looks like that's only available for windows and not for mac, and we all have macs. Integration with Google apps not working
When I'm using Gmail, and clicking the icon for Zoho contextual gadget it ells me that I don't have a Zoho account, and then redirects me to my Zoho CRM home page. I'm not sure if it's related but when I try to sign in via google, it gives me the following message: Oops! I currently use CRM and Books. I'd like to be able to build an estimate from within a potential. The same as you can currently do within a contact or an account. The estimates we build are tied to only that particular potential. The initial information being collected to build an estimate is collected within the potentials module. Or is there already a way to do this that I'm just missing?

I have the Outlook 2013 plug-in, all installed and loaded well, I have the add-in ribbon. When choosing to log in however, it does not recognise my credentials, the credentials are correct, i log in online no problem but i cannot connect to my Zoho CRM through Outlook. DOes anyone have any advice. I have re-installed the plug-in to see if that helps but to no avail. Many thanks.

Hello, I am been paying with Zoho Support and so far it is really showing me a great potential. I have a question regarding the integration of Zoho CRM and Support. Once a ticket is created in Support, the user can find it back in the contact view. At the moment, only the following fields are shown in the table: Ticket ID, Subject, Assigned to, Status and Date Is an option to add a different field like the classification ? Contacts/Leads being deleted randomly
We are having a problem with "apparently" random leads/contacts/potentials being deleted from CRM. We have to go into the recycle bin and restore them. This is only happening with people who have Gmail synching with their CRM through the Google Apps integration, so that helps in the troubleshooting, but there seems to be no rhyme or reason as to which contacts/leads get deleted. They aren't deleting these contacts in gmail, so that's not the cause of the issue as fas as we can tell. Any thoughts
