If I upgrade and make changes will they still be available for me if I downgrade the CRM?
I would like to add or to modify some fields. I am using a free account. What if I upgrade the account for let´s say 3 months and then I downgrade the account again after that period of time. Will the changes I made still be usefull? Or they will get lost with the downgrade? Thanks

Integrating Zoho CRM with Gmail
Hi, I am trying to integrate my new Zoho CRM account with my previously existing gmail. I have tried following the instructions by enabling POP in Gmail but when I go to the Apps and Add ons the only thing that is showing is the Mobile Edition so I can't continue following the instructions. Webhooks problems with &
I have a serious problem in my application. I'm using webhook to save some information in an external database. However, some companies use "&" in its name. By the time I call webhook by step information via POST, the "&", which is placed in the middle of the call, spoils the whole process. What up. You have encountered one of these fails? Cannot create a New Event Tomorrow Onwards
For some reason when a Standard User is logged into the Zoho Mail platform and tries to create a New Event tomorrow or onwards within an Account or Contact in the CRM App, it will not let you do so. But if you log into Zoho CRM and go to Account or Contact and create a New Event tomorrow or onwards it allows him to do so. Any ideas as to why this might happen? Import of Quickbooks transactions is incomplete -- why?
I am trying out Zoho as a possible CRM solution, and have been struggling for days to get Quickbooks data to import correctly. First, it only imported products (rather than everything). So, I told it not to import products, and had it just do contacts/accounts, invoices, and quotes. It imported a lot of contacts (curiously, some of them show up multiple times), and 1,866 quotes and a grand total of 85 invoices. Perplexed, I turned off accounts and tried the import again. 1,866 quotes and 85 invoices.

Hi, I try to integrate my Campaigns and CRM (paid plan) accounts. I setup new list in Campaigns, made sign-up form and at this moment I have 3 records on this list. They confirmed the subscription, but I have not sent them any other emails yet. Now I want to "copy" all the records from the Campaigns to CRM as leads, so I enabled Push Data to Zoho CRM / Push as Leads / Clicked recipients option and mapped all mandatory fields. Hi all, I'm trying to integrate Gmail with Zoho CRM. In the Emails section of the contacts module, it does list the "Emails sent from CRM" alright, but does not list any emails from "ZMail Public Users ". Any clue why this is the case? Mobile CRM IPhone issues
I have a very large database. When searching for a Contact on the mobile App, it requires a massive amount of scrolling even when selecting a Letter. By going directly to an Account doesn't help either because you cannot click on a contact in the main Account page to reach that Contact, so back to scrolling, TEDIOUS! Suggestion/Question. When can we expect to get a decent Search function in the mobile App? If there is one then I missed it. Induna

Creating an event in CRM - cannot link to contact
Hi Team. I am not sure if I am doing something wrong. I am pushing contacts from Creator to CRM. After sending the contact across I extract the Contact ID into a field in ZC. I now want to create a task and an event in the CRM system against this new contact. If I create a new task, it does not link it to the contact (even though I have set the "Who ID" field to the extracted Contact ID field variable. In events, it does not even allow me to select the Contact ID field against the "Who ID" field

Hi there- I'd like to integrate Zoho CRM with my Gmail account so that customer/lead emails are visible underneath each lead. I tried following this howto link, but when I go to Setup > Apps & Add-ons > Zoho Apps, Zoho Mail is not visible as an option. I do have a working Zoho Mail account that is consuming my emails from Gmal, I'm just not sure how to link it with Zoho CRM. How do I complete the integration? Thank you, Darren David

Linking a copy of lead capture acknowledgement email to lead/contact
Hi all, Please forgive me in advance for any naïvety. I am currently setting up a webform for lead capturing. I have chosen to acknowledge all successful submissions by using a custom email template. I have noticed that this automatic email is not saved against the lead on the CRM, and wonder whether there is any way to do this? I'd expect to change these automatic emails regularly in the future - and so it would be good to have a record of what correspondence is sent to each prospect, for the same

Hello I recently switched from Gmail to Zoho mail. Reason: tighter integration with Zoho CRM. However, I expected to see all the client mails under each other within the client (just as I see his products, tasks or notes). I saw somewhere in the public information from Zoho that this is possible. Why don't I see this related field 'Email'? Kind regards Bram
street address used for google navigation
Does anyone know why the street address is not able to fire up google maps? The phone email and web details are 'active fields' so why not the address? I am having to copy details into my mb contacts dbase, and then fire up google maps from there. Seems silly. HELP PLEASE

Before I go further, I have installed Asterisk and works ok. I have edited the files etc ready to copy to a directory on the Asterisk machine. My question before I do this is, does the zoho folder need to be in a specific dir on the asterisk machine i.e. /etc/asterisk/ or can it reside anywhere on the asterisk machine?
Google Drive Upload Conversion Issue
I've been attaching my vendor's (tutors) schedules, so that my colleagues and I can access their availability when we search for their name. The first time I uploaded one via Google drive, the file opened as a Google drive file & I was able to make updates that saved automatically. Facebook Integration Problems
I am currently working in the free version of ZOHO with limited staff in order to work out any customizations before purchasing an upgrade. I was able to integrate ZOHO with a facebook user account. And then realized that I want zoho to be attached to our company director's facebook account. I followed the instructions and removed the app from the facebook account. However, I am now no longer able to reconnect to another facebook account. A window comes up with a list of names and empty silhouettes.
