Integration with business card scanner to add new contacts?
Do you recommend a way to allow iPhone users to scan business cards right into Zoho? I know there is an iPhone app called BCR (Business Card Reader), and they now have an api ( http://shape.ag/freedownload/BCR/BCRexport.pdf ). Questions about telephone contacts
Hello, I am trying to connect our Zoho CRM account to a phone. This implies syncing Google contacts and Zoho CRM contacts, and also using the Zoho Card Scanner app. But we have run into a couple of issues. 1/ After scanning a business card with the app, sometimes the contact takes some hours to appear in Zoho CRM. Is it supposed to be instant? How often does the app sync with Zoho? 2/ Google integration allows bidirectional syncing of Zoho contacts and Google contacts. Is it limited to Zoho contacts?
Cannot login ZOHO CRM. API access is enabled but cannot enter

Event Invites look non-sensical
When I send Event invites (through my CRM), my boss doesn't get the clean pretty invite (attached: Event Invite), he instead gets an invite that is all nonsensical (attached: Zoho Event Invites). I haven't received complaints from people in my CRM, but I don't always get responses, which tells me that maybe those who don't respond, aren't getting a clean invite. Why is this? How can it be fixed? He uses Outlook 2003 SP3.
Can't sign in with Outlook plugin
I've just installed the Outlook plugin for Outlook 2007. The Zoho toolbar appears correctly and I click the Sign in button. After entering the credentials, the message "Logged in succesfully" appears, but then nothing happens. I would expect the popup window to close by itself but nothing happens, and if I close the window manually, Outlook seems to be not logged in Zoho. In fact, the button Sign in is still active. We are looking to use Zoho mail to contact our current customers and leads. We have been using Zoho CRM for quite some time already and thus have a large amount of contacts and accounts. How long does the quickbook sync take?
We have tried syncing three of the modules we need (contacts, invoices, products) at the same time and it takes FOREVER and then times out. Then we tried doing them one by one. We imported all three into Zoho separately. We had one invoice we needed to sync Zogo > Quickbooks to test it, did so by only syncing the invoice module but it took about ten minutes. I have not been kind to Zoho on the forums over our CRM->Quickbooks integration Nightmares. Basically I was forced to upgrade to Enterprise to make it work right (because I needed custom functions to ensure every contact has an email address and every Invoice subject is unique). I find the solution to be far from well implemented, and I let Zoho know it - however, even that wasn't easy as their engineer tried to prevent me from talking to management while discussing my issues on the phone. Zoho mail add on problem and suggestion
Hi, Had a few questions. I've associated emails for all our users via Zoho Mail add on. It correctly pulls the emails under some of the contacts, but not others. I can clearly see emails that have been sent but they simply do not show up. I didn't know if there was some setting I was missing or something, odd that it would work some of the time only. I am signed in to ZOHO and am trying to add an e-mail I sent to a customer through Outlook. Even when I use "search and add" and choose the specific contact I want to attach the e-mail to I get the above error. Any idea what the problem could be? Thank you!

Can't access ZoHo mail setup
