ZOHO add-in disabled itself in outlook 2010 and 2013
We are migrating our CRM in our office to ZOHO we have people who are running office 365 with either 2010 and 2013 versions of outlook. Some of them are working fine with no problem, while others are having lots of issues. The main issue we are running into is after ZOHO has been installed it automatically disables it and will not allow you to re enable it. Facebook Integration
I am currently exploring several different CRM solutions. One of the things that caught my eye with Zoho was the integration with Facebook. From what I read each user of the system can connect their Facebook page with their user account. How do company pages connect with Zoho, does it essentially work the same way? Say a facebook user likes our business page. Would Zoho be able to automatically create a lead record for that person on "like' of our page? I think that functionality would be amazing.

Company wide vs per user Zoho Mail Add On
Hi I am evaluating the Zoho Mail add on, with integration set up between CRM (professional) and Mail (free). The integration works perfectly with one CRM user. However, when I add a second CRM user, the Mail add on settings are separate. So, for example, in the Contacts module, the first user can see emails to and from a customer, but the second user cannot see those emails. Is there any way of allowing multiple Zoho users to see all emails?

Zoho CRM and Support Integration
I am currently trialing zoho crm and zoho support with a view of using in our company. I have linked the two by entering the api key from zoho support into zoho crm and I can see tickets are being assigned to the contact if their email already exists. The issue is no leads are being created off the back of a ticket in zoho support. Is my understanding of the system right, in that a lead should be generated when the email address is not in the system? Thanks Martyn

I would like to see the log a call feature in ZOHO go to quick book Single Activity Time Sheet so that I can bill a support call to a client. The ZOHO log a call feature screen looks just like QuickBooks Single Activity Time Sheet. If they can not do this then have it bill a call within ZOHO's Books or invoicing.Anyone have any input on this?

I started trying to begin a Zoho email Campaign, but the Campaign module seems to be completely separate. To get my contact list into the mail list, I have to export from my Zoho account, and then search for Zoho Campaigns, sign in, and upload them. Que for incoming quote requests
Is there a way to build a "cue" functionality for incoming product quote requests? Much like Zohos "Cases" in which a support ticket is created and then it enters into a cue for assignment. I would like to build a custom web form to collect information from our potential customer about the details of the product they would like us to provide a quote for. Hello, We are using the plug-in to merge our documents and are wondering why our folders that we have the documents are not showing up. Like we sign in. Click merge template, than it give me the option of which module and what template. All the templates are mixed up and not in the folders we have them sorted in ZOHO. Also there also does not seem to be a way to sort them. Is there something that we could do to fix that problem?

Customer reports, and I can confirm, that the Products module is nowhere to be found, not even to Administrators - no along the menu or More..., not in Customization. I've checked Profiles and Tab Visible is checked for everyone. Customer does have integration with QuickBooks - could that be causing this?

Zoho CRM for Google is not responding
When I click Authenticate Google Contacts it takes me to the Google acceptance page as it should. However, once I click accept, I do not get the Sync Contact / Sync Options page, but rather I am returned to the Authenticate Google Contacts page. Help please? Assigning a lead to an account based on location
I do real estate marketing and refer home buyers to real estate agents. The lead enters the cities they want to buy in if more than one city they put a comma inbetween each city. The agents I have as accounts do the same thing. I need a way to automatically match the lead to the agent if the city matches, how can I do this? Zoho only allows 30 rules so I am limited to a few agents when I will have about 200 agents within 6 months. How can this be done?

I have the need for a complex part configurator which the Quotes/Products module in CRM does not offer me. I can create a CREATOR app to create a Part Number from various options and calculate a price. Hello to all. I am integrating CRM with my website ContactUs page via form I created on CRM site (see below) and I do face strange problem here. When I simulate user sending contact via web site and I enter @xxx.com email, all fine and lead will show for for approval in CRM. However, when I enter eg. @xxx.de, or @xxx.cz email, no record is displayed in Approve Leads page. Anyone already faced the problem, please? QuickBooks -- exporting Subject Line into multiple Invoices and Quotes
We typically sign one year agreements with customers and send out 12 invoices. We use the same Subject Line for each Invoice for the series of 12. When we start exporting from ZOHO CRM into QuickBooks will we be able to export the same Subject Line multiple times? I am not sure how this functions since QuickBooks uses unique numbers for Estimate Numbers and Invoice Numbers and what I am proposing is using the same Subject Line in multiple transactions into the Estimate Numbers and Invoice Numbers
