Announcing the all-new Offers Module and Offer Approvals in Zoho Recruit


We're happy to introduce - Offers as a module. As we all know, Zoho Recruit is a powerful Applicant Tracking System that can help us. One of its key features is the ability to generate and approve offer letters.
 
When a candidate is the right fit for a job, recruiters should be able to send out an offer letter quickly. With the goal of enabling recruiters to land top candidates faster, Zoho Recruit provides a simple way to manage and send offers.
 
Generating an offer letter in Zoho Recruit is a simple process. After selecting a candidate for a position, the system allows you to generate a customized offer letter that includes all the necessary details, such as job title, salary, start date, and other terms and conditions. You can even add a E-signature to the offer letter using Zoho Recruit.
 
The new approval process for the offer letter is also simple and customizable. Zoho Recruit allows you to define the approval hierarchy based on your organization's needs. Once the offer letter is generated, it is automatically routed to the relevant approver(s) for review. The approver(s) can then approve or reject the offer letter. In the case of rejection, the system records the reason for future reference.
 
Overall, Zoho Recruit's offer letter generation and approval process can help you streamline your recruitment process and ensure that offer letters are generated and approved efficiently.
