Zoho Mail
Organize Personal Notes with Collections
You can now create collections under My Personal Notes, making it easier to organize and manage your personal notes.
Learn How Shared Mailbox updates
- You can now open emails in a new window using the Open in new Window option, allowing you to view messages separately while continuing to work in your mailbox.
- Bulk select emails and assign them to users, making it easier to manage and allocate emails to the right person.
Manage Tags and Folder in Mail iOS app
The Zoho Mail iOS app now lets you manage folders and tags more easily, helping you organize and find your emails more efficiently.
External Recipient Warning in Mail Compose
A warning message will now appear when an external email address is added to the recipient field in email Composer. This alert helps you quickly identify emails being sent outside the organization and review the content before sending.
Expanded IPv4 subnet mask range for Email Routing
The subnet IP mask range for IPv4 under Email Routing - Inbound Gateway in the Zoho Mail Admin Console has been expanded from /16-/32 to /10-/32. This allows admins to configure broader IP ranges, making it easier to manage larger network environments.
Enhanced quick access to search across Admin Reports
Quick Access has been upgraded to include widget search, in addition to viewing reports.
Internal sorting now available for key Admin Reports
You can now sort the fields such as domain created date, policy expires on, total emails, total archived, maximum size, and unread emails in ascending or descending order for better clarity.
Protocol Reports enhancement: Download POP and IMAP usage details
Now you can download the POP and IMAP usage details of a specific user from the Protocol Reports. You can also view the original email message directly from the reports page without switching between tabs.

Integrate with leading AI solutions
Organization admins can now configure Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) in the Zoho Mail web app to integrate Trident with leading AI solutions such as OpenAI, Cohere, Google AI Studio, and Anthropic for organization members to summarize emails, rephrase email content, and generate email replies. (Available on Mac and Windows)
Note: BYOK is currently supported only in IN DC. It'll be supported in other DCs in future updates.

Create calendar events from emails
In addition to creating calendar events from selected text in an email, you can now also convert an entire email into a calendar event. The email’s subject will automatically become the event title, the email content will be used as the event description, and all email recipients—including yourself—will be added as attendees. (Available on Mac and Windows)
Know when you’re speaking on mute
Don’t wait for others to say “you’re on mute” during calls and meetings. Trident now notifies users when they speak with their microphone muted so they can instantly turn on the microphone without any disruptions. (Available on Windows only)
Connect with customers using Zoho Voice integration
You can now easily manage business calls with the Zoho Voice dial pad in Trident. With your own virtual business phone number, you can make and receive calls and contact your customers on their landlines or mobile phones directly.
With multi-channel connectivity, you can send international SMS to over 100 countries and receive messages just like you would on your phone. You can also enjoy unlimited call plans in 14 countries, including the U.S., Canada, the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium, and more—helping your business grow while keeping telephony costs low.
Zoho Voice is currently available in the US and EU DCs. Support for other DCs will be available in future updates. (Available on Mac and Windows)

Contact not saved after editing
Hi. I discovered a couple of problems with Zoho contact. (1) BUG. Contact is not saved after editing. If you edit an existing contact by putting a bracket in one of the fields you get the message "Contact updated successfully" but nothing is saved. All updates (including the other fields) are lost. Steps to reproduce. Go to an existing contact and change the first name to "Robert (Bob)". (2) In the phone number fields you can only save numeric data (0 to 9). This seems an unneccessary restriction.

It seems that if a contact unsubscribes from a mailing list the only way to email them is to uncheck the email opt-out box first, then re-check after the email has been sent. I've been through a chat with support and they confirmed this. This seems bizarre.
